CeCi is the best hair dresser I have ever had. She is kind, listens to what you want and spends a lot of time making sure it is done beautifully. She enjoys what she does and it shows in her work.. I will always have her do my hair. She also did a fantastic job microblading my eyebrows. She goes above and beyond then what most hair dressers do. I can not recommend her enough!!!!
