RUN WHILE YOU STILL CAN. I promise there are stylists who will take better care of your hair. After being an hour late with no communication, Ms. Jay styled my hair on New Years Eve. It was sad to admit this morning that I wasn't happy with my rope twists, but it's important to be honest - especially when you do everything you're supposed to and things still didn't work out as they should have. At the time they were done, I took a glance and knew I wasn't super excited about them, but tried to be grateful and wanted to go home.
