If I could rate the service, I received higher than a 5 I would absolutely do it!! I was stranded on 436 at Hanging moss road in the lunch rush traffic. It was very nerve wrecking, praying that someone wouldn't hit me considering I was on my way to the auto repair shop from already being rear ended 2 weeks prior.... I called in a panic and dispatch had so much empathy for me, calmed me down and put me at ease and literally said they would be there in 10 minutes. And they literally were!! I was so blessed to be rescued. The price was great, better than ANY other place I called. And the towing equipment is bar none. I didn't get the driver's name this evening, but he was a tall, MMA-fighter built dude that was so kind and helpful! My battery was dead and he gave me a jump, took my payment, and I was quickly on my way! Thank you, BME!
