Cathy is extremely knowledgeable, professional and courteous. She has an outstanding team. She guided us through the process and I really feel like she listened to what I wanted and respected our design sense. I missed her when we moved! But she was so kind, she even did a Skype consult for us in our new home!

I enjoyed the open communication that was given at the home office, despite their work load in front of them. I appreciated the to attention to people rather than taking it as a interruption to the current task. Nice personalities to communicate with. I admire their beautiful work. --Trixi
