We hired Alan, the owner of the company, and had him servicing our pool for several years now. Initially, the service was good however he had increasingly just not shown up to service the pool and when he did show up he didnt brush the walls of the pool resulting in them being green. We let this go for a while but then it kept getting increasingly worse where he just wouldnt show up. One time he was supposed to come into our home to fix the links panel and i took day off work and waited for him all day.
