I will start off by saying that never in a million years would I have found myself at the forefront of completing all of the work associated with closing out someone’s life when they pass. After losing my father, this past June, I was certain that after all of the work was said and done for the memorial service, there would not be a lot left to take care of, but I was wrong lol.\\nIn the midst of the many “admin duties”, I found myself needing to contact a tax attorney regarding how taxes are processed when a lump sum is received. But after a few calls around town, I was redirected to reach out to a CPA. I found Bee Square after reading a number of positive Google reviews, and I took a leap of faith by calling. I spoke to Joy, who took down my information to have someone give me a call back to set up a consultation.\\nLittle did I know, my conversation with Jennifer Martin (I may have that name completely wrong and if so, I apologize!) would be incredibly helpful. Jennifer not only heard my concerns but she listened, empathized, and talked WITH me. I had spoke to a number of facilities who really couldn’t proceed without information on file for invoicing purposes first, but Jennifer gave me a call, asked me how she could assist, and allowed me to ask questions/vent/and almost break out into tears lol.\\nIt was wonderful to speak with someone who cared about more than just what was needed to be known, but who encouraged me to stay the course and be strong.\\nThank you to the team at Bee Square, I appreciate the hospitality and humanity more than you know.
