The Beacon tech, Jacob, arrived on time, was very professional and pleasant to work with. Jacob conducted an initial inspection of our home, including spending time up in the attic and examining the home fully, both inside and out. Jacob answered all our questions about scheduling a termite pre treatment for our new addition, and also provided guidance on how/when to follow up with ongoing termite protection once our renovation project is complete. Jacob also checked on another area that we had questions about, contacted his office, and was able to advise that what we were seeing was likely an old but now dormant roach nest.
