I was seeking an accounting firm to do some due diligence accounting work to audit financial documents pertaining to a business acquisition. A google search revealed the pictured page on their website advertising the exact services I am seeking. I called, and the receptionist stammered as though she was uncertain, and said "Uhh... I don't think we do that." When I pressed and said their website explicitly advertised those services and I offered to read the relevant portion of their website to her, she hung up the phone. It wasn't an accidental disconnect- I heard the phone clack as it was hung up. This was extraordinarily unprofessional and rude in my opinion.

Won't do anything for less than a $500.00 minimum fee up front. Without even seeing us. Sorry, we are only a married couple (1 on medicare & the other 1 with a disability) that's too much to start off with- especially if you are only going to file short form. I mean, Really? Who does that? Way too much! Good luck.
