We recently built our first pool, and as first-timers, we were anxious about the whole process—it’s a major construction project! But from start to finish, this company was fantastic.
Henry from the design team was incredibly patient and helpful, guiding us through every detail to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. Paula kept us informed with bi-weekly queue updates, which was so reassuring. During construction, Hannah and Julio were always responsive, promptly answering all our questions. And in the final stages, Stephanie and Keith were absolutely superb, making sure everything came together perfectly.
We are delighted with Artesian Pools - from our first consult, the planning, the construction and installation team are outstanding! Now the pool has been installed for 4 months and I am also delighted with the support from their Pool School leader Keith. We had a Baidu swim spa installed as well as heater - yes we are snow birds and like to use our pool in the winter season :). Our Pentair system allows me to fully control lights, bubbler, pumps and heat from anywhere which.

Our pool was built and completed in late Dec 2023 and has been a great addition to our home. We have been using and maintaining it for about a year now and everything was constructed per our design. During the hot summers in Florida, we definitely make better use of our backyard now that we have this pool.
