My experience here was fantastic! Appointments were always timely and the staff was always kind. I am glad I picked AM Orthodontic for my braces journey!
Good practice, nice doctors, but also busy so few available appointments, for both when I got my aligners and refinement trays, had to wait 3 weeks from when they came in to have an appointment that worked with my schedule. The refinement trays weren’t mentioned initially, so treatment is taking longer than expected, but the doctors are happy to address your concerns and work with you on appointments if schedule conflicts are communicated so give them a heads up if you are having trouble getting an appt in a reasonable amount of time (for working adults undergoing treatment).
This was my second child using Anderson & Moopen. They have always been a great office with a super friendly front desk. They are very accommodating. I do not have one negative thing to say. I highly recommend!
