The doctor, manager and employees at 7459 W colonial Dr, Orlando. Are amazing. My visit was very relaxing, fun and I learned a lot about my vision from Dr. Jean-Baptist and Ms. Rebecca. This is a very comfortable and welcoming eye glass location.

My experience was like a roller coaster the front girl had an unwelcoming attitude but the other par of the staff I see treated me in an professional way, the doctor’s last name is baptism and the other is Tyrone

I used to go to a different location. I liked the doctor a lot, but the staff gave me a bad experience, and I was very upset.So I decided to go with a different location to check out. West Colonial Drive in Orlando, FL.I initially called to speak to someone about making an appt and to answer some questions. Miss Tyreese answered and was so very kind, helpful, and patient. I immediately felt comfortable. When I went to my appt thereafter, I got a chance to meet her and she was so welcoming, communicative, helpful and a joy to be around during my pre-exam.Dr. Jean-Baptiste, is so very nice.
