American Top Team Orlando is a welcoming and friendly martial arts school that creates a strong sense of community. Visitors describe the staff as super friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. The owner is noted for cultivating a positive culture with no egos, making it a comfortable place for practitioners of all ages and skill levels. The training is excellent, with classes that focus on technique and individual progress. Members feel a strong sense of belonging from their very first visit, and the atmosphere is inviting, featuring a lounge area and even spaces for dogs. Overall, American Top Team Orlando is highly recommended for anyone looking to train in a supportive environment.
ATT has been a fantastic place for me to begin training Muay Thai. They have been very welcoming and the coaches are top notch. They take the time to explain things and ensure you get the details right. The students have been encouraging and have even taken the time to help me after class end. Highly recommended!
I have never been at a more welcoming gym, everyone is incredibly friendly and wants to help you learn. Classes are a great mix between conditioning and technique, especially when taught by Juan. Would recommend this gym for beginners all the way to pros.
Great choice for bjj and probably the best value gym you'll find in Orlando despite the big name. Big facility with changing rooms and bathrooms for both men and women, two large mats, great schedule that allows you to be flexible in your training, and a great amount of tough women (and men) to train with. Then, of course, the lovely and welcoming front desk woman, Xena.
The owner, Paul Rodriguez, is probably the most well-known and well-respected coach in the East Orlando area if not the entirety of Orlando. If you mention ATT in Orlando (there are multiple), people will automatically ask if you train with Paul and make some mention about how great a coach he is.
