I purchased the Defensive Driving Points Reduction Course and unfortunately was blocked because I failed to log out of the course. I received a message asking me to re-register and repurchase the course. I contacted the company via chat, and Renel was able to reissue the course. Fabulous customer service. Something much larger corporations can learn from.

Edit:- It is now Friday the 26th July and I haven’t received the certificate transfer in the 3 days I was told. I have been back in touch but the section that deals with transfers are currently closed until Monday. My son is supposed to start his driving lessons tomorrow, this delay could result in paying for cancelling day of. This started off as a good experience but delivery time has not been met.
This particular time I requested help the rep Peter was super helpful & very quick. The previous time was not this way. This course in general could be laid out differently & more efficient & user friendly.
