Completely disorganized, "management" is a joke, therefore the owner has no real clue what's going on because of constant lies. Always late to jobsites, sub par equipment, never have what is needed for the job, constant miscommunication. There's ALWAYS some excuse as to why there's no work, being late, etc. Everything is always last minute, no PTO, no vacation time, no benefits. STAY AWAY!!!!!
