About Alafaya Vision Center

Alafaya Vision Center is an optometrist office that provides comprehensive eye care services. The doctors at this center, including Dr. Runda and Dr. Kharwar, are known for their compassionate care and thoroughness during exams. They take the time to educate patients about their eye health and listen to their concerns. While some patients have reported issues with the office staff, including rudeness and long wait times, others have found them to be pleasant and efficient. The office can get busy, and scheduling can be challenging, but the doctors prioritize accuracy and thoroughness in their exams. Despite some mixed reviews, many patients have had positive experiences and would recommend the center to others.

I highly recommend this LensCrafters because of the fantastic selection of frames an the excellent customer service that they provide! My wife and I ordered new glasses that couldn’t be made in the store because of the prescriptions and the estimated wait time was going to be one to two weeks. We had our new glasses in three business days! When we came to pick them up we were helped by David who was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and quick with getting our glasses adjusted so we could finish our other errands.
A great feature about LensCrafters is unlike a lot of other stores is you have 30 days to try out your glasses and if you’re not satisfied you can return them for your money back or get a different pair. Most other stores once you get them you can’t return them. We will definitely be back!
