Dr. Runda goes out of his way to provide compassionate care and patient education. He never makes me feel rushed and I leave feeling like he genuinely cared about my well-being. I know it's hard nowadays for medical providers to give the kind of care they'd like to, so I appreciate him & his team. As a bonus, it's super easy to make appointments and receive appointment reminders!

The doctor I saw at this location was probably the best I have had, but unfortunately the rest of the experience was awful. The staff was rude, and the appointment took forever. I think the length of the appointment is to make people look at buying glasses. I arrived on time, but they were "running behind" so I was handed a shopping basket and told to wait on the sales floor. I got checked in with one medical attendant and then brought back to the floor to wait again, before being seen. They dilated my eyes and gave me the prescription, then again sent me to shop for glasses before being seen a third time. 2023 Optometrist Office Review (not Lens Crafters). I saw both Brian Runda OD and Zahra M Kharwar OD. I found both doctors to be exceedingly pleasant and thorough for my annual exam. I would recommend either to see again. Both reviewed my eye health and listened to my concerns. I see some complaints about the office staff, the location does get busy. My experience was that the staff were trying to maintain scheduling, and perhaps are not rude, just one not the best at warm fuzziness in the midst of busy schedule with minimal flexibility options.
