One star is generous, We just switched to a new insurance and tried to make an appointment with the Dr. We were told that it would be 4 months before we can see the Dr after a initial visit with the PA. The PA also messed up my prescriptions that I was taking by submitting the wrong script. I've been trying to contact the office to get it resolved. It has taken over 24hrs to get a call back. Good thing I'm not ill. Choose a different office because they don't care about patients.

I arrived at 3:10pm for my 3:15pm appointment and they called and told me I was late and they would likely need to cancel. Then the office manager lied about it and said my appointment was at 3pm even though the text attached proves it was not. They lost two patients today and frankly with how rude they were I am sure they do not care. The doctor is lovely but run and far and fast from this office as you can.

I made an appointment with Dr. Buelvas nearly 5 months ago for a Primary Care. I waited patiently for my appointment. Received my confirmation text the day before and all. I went for my appointment only to have the guy in reception say he couldn’t find my appointment. I mentioned the text confirmation and he said MY PHONE NUMBER was under a different patient name who had the appointment. Is this a joke? Waiting months for an appointment so they treat you so poorly? Elizabeth the administrative could care less about the situation.
