I had a wonderful appointment with Dr Buelvas today. I usually see Jennifer however she was not available so rather then put
Me off he took the appointment. He should care, compassion, listened, answered questions and came up with a plan to help me get to the root of my pain. I have been a patient there for 8 years and always have had good care.

I love Dr. Buelvas, who is my PCP, but it's impossible to get an appointment with him that isn't scheduled months in advance. Jennifer the PA is great, but she is not my PCP. Calling to make an appointment is difficult; half the times the phones are not working, the other half no one answers. When you leave a message, you frequently do not receive a call back. If you want a same day sick visit, do not go to this office because it's near impossible to get one. They have too many patients for the two providers they have. This place used to be great, but now it's just too difficult to deal with. Unfortunately, I will have to find a new doctor's office.

Dr. Buelvas is incredible - very caring and personable, and is well rounded in what he talks about with me. I never feel rushed and feel totally cared for. I recommend him to any friend looking for a doctor.
