This used to be one of my favorite small businesses in the area. The people in the shop were friendly and clothes were ready at the end of the next business day. If they weren’t going to keep normal hours due to holidays, they would email to let you know the revised hours in advance. I went in to drop off stuff on Saturday. I didn’t recognize the person. She didn’t ask nor tell me about when clothes should be ready, so I assumed that they would be ready Monday after 5:00. I went in Monday at 5:30 and another new person told me that my clothes were scheduled to be ready on Wednesday after 5:00. I asked them if this is a new policy. I’ve had service done here before, but today was the last day. Took 3 ties and a suit here to get cleaned. The suit came back fine as always, but the 3 ties that had stains had none of the stains lifted. I asked not to be charged because the whole purpose of having the ties dry cleaned was to lift the stains; they would not remove the charge. Won’t be coming back. There are plenty of other cleaners in town.

Our company uses Acme Cleaners for weekly dry-cleaning pickup. Sean is always on time, professional, and goes above and beyond! My company shirts are always well taken care of and keep me looking sharp and professional. Very happy with their service, always. Would and have recommended to others.Service: Delivery
