I called before I came and was advised the smaller size was 60$ got there and was told it was 75$ because of 2 people in the picture, I still did it anyway because it was going to have a message on it and it wasn’t that big of a deal, however online at other places it’s cheaper but I wouldn’t get it in time with shipping, It was a birthday present to someoneAnyway he told me give him 3 hours I said no I’ll come back to get it in 2 days no rushWell I get there expecting to just pick it up and go and I waiting a week before I came instead of the 2 daysHe says he can’t find it, Someone must have taken it by accident give him ten minutes, I was mad because I was crunched for rime so I said nothing 25 minutes later it was done and I was offered nothing for my inconvenience, no type of customer skillsI’m posting this review not to bash but because I review awesome service and bad service and people should understand how important it is to to care of your customers
