I could hardly walk last summer due to an injury at the gym and after one session I was feeling 100% better. The ambiance of the spa is very relaxing and inviting. Always the very best message at Terra Firma. I suffer chronic neck stiffness, but after the massage I have full range of motion. Talented and well versed on the new therapies available for pain relief. Terra can deliver soft to pro-muscular massage. I require firm pressure, Terra knows how to deliver firm pressure in key places without hurting me. Absolutely wonderful.

Covid has left my body tense and achy. I had my massage today with Tera who addressed all of my concerns. Tera used some hot stones and cupping on my body. I never had this type of treatment before but it felt great! I highly recommend Tera!! Tera even took the extra step to give me advice on how to treat issues with my back and even advice on how to help my son focus with school with essential oils.
