I bought two dresses in a local vintage boutique to wear to a wedding. They were both too big for me and basically needed to be remade to fit. Especially challenging was the fabric Tana had to work with, one being a lined sparkle lace gown and the other a sequin bodice over a sateen skirt. We cut the gown to cocktail length and Tana made me a beautiful wrap from the leftover fabric. Every seam was measured to fit me perfectly and both dresses were stunning! The owners, Tana and Paul, are such wonderful people. Their shop is exceptionally clean and nicely air-conditioned, and they are incredibly skilled at their craft. My husband had several pairs of scrubs hemmed, cropped, and taken in for work, and my jaw dropped when we picked them up. We had a unique request to add belt loops to the scrub pants because my husband likes to wear a belt with all of his pants. The finished product looked as though the scrubs came straight from the factory with belt loops—just neat, professional craftsmanship. I walked in yesterday, with a shirt that I needed the shoulder fixed on, the attendance stopped what she was doing and said I happen to have black thread in the machine give me 5 minutes and I'll be done. In 5 minutes it was done it was perfect and she did it a good price I will go back again hope you give her a chance too!
