Beautiful salon with such a pleasing, comfortable environment — every detail feels thought through, from the hair wash chairs with the recliner feature to the cozy sofas in the waiting area. I love that they accept walk-ins and the whole process is quick and easy. Special shoutout to Gisele and Yeibeli for taking such great care of me! As a Dominican myself, I can say Sugar is a true 10/10!
They’re good and always do great on my daughter hair but if I have an appointment scheduled for a certain time and I am on time I expect them to start on my daughter hair at her scheduled time. It’s unprofessional to have customers waiting 20-30 mins after their scheduled time. This has happened to me three times already.
