We have used Stanley Pools since moving into this home a few years ago. They have always been responsive and knowledgeable. This week though, we had major connectivity issues, a lighting problem, and need some new equipment installed. So we left a message after hours over the weekend. Alex returned our call early Monday morning. I explained (in extreme layman’s terms) what was going on and he told me he knew what I meant and would be over that afternoon. Alex was kind and friendly, taking the time to explain everything in detail. My pool had no power, and he quickly determined it wasn’t an electrical issue. He broke down each repair needed and made sure I understood the costs upfront. Very reasonable pricing and excellent service — highly recommend!

Couldn’t be happier with our pool! The whole Stanley team is beyond fantastic. Liz, Greg, Kim, Gary, etc are all amazing and so great to work with and they made us feel like family. They made our vision come true and we are loving it!
