We want to thank everyone at Stanley Pools for the wonderful service we received. Brooke who answered our call was so helpful and efficient. She was kind and patient with our questions. After receiving our email with pictures of the problem she immediately emailed back that Alex would be reaching out to help. First thing the next morning, Alex called and talked through our pool repairs needed. He came out that same morning, looked at our pump and filter. He explained in detail what was going on and what the fixes were. He gave us time to ask all questions and answered them so we could understand. I am so pleased that I found this pool company! Alex is amazing. He is thorough and explained everything to me in detail and in a way I could comprehend. He is a pool god. He quickly assessed the reason for my lack of circulation and had my pool running perfectly. He also taught me about my pool. I am better educated and now know exactly the proper steps to maintaining and what to do if I lose pressure again. Thank you!!!!!!!
