Richard is so kind, and he takes time to explain exactly what's going on, creates a game plan, and saves you money. He recently went out of his way to draw up a diagram to map-out the complex issue we were experiencing in our home. He is trustworthy, and I am confident in his knowledge in this field. He always leaves us with new and useful plumbing-related tips/insight! I refer everyone to RLP!! Thanks Richard :)
We had a leak from the pipes behind the shower, and Richard came out and fix them perfectly with minimal mess and destruction. This was our third time using Richard and each time it has been a perfect experience. If you need a plumber, I promise if you call Richard, he will not be dissatisfied.
I was referred to Richard by a friend and I couldn't be happier. He went out of his way to make repairs to a family members home. He quickly diagnosed the issues and repaired them at a fraction of the cost of other estimates. He treats you like family and that's hard to find these days! He will be the only plumber for me and my family. He should be yours.
