Oak View Health and Rehabilitation Center is a beautiful facility known for its cleanliness and inviting atmosphere. The staff show great love and compassion in their daily duties, with many genuinely caring about the residents. The Administrator is a compassionate leader who supports both staff and residents. The center offers opportunities for advancement and provides quality care for short- or long-term needs, making it a great choice for those looking for a healthcare team.
Some of the experiences were not too bad but for a size of oakview rehabilitation and not having good TV service for the residents and not having good food with another bad part about it. Some of the employees were nice and courteous and some are just downright ugly and mean. So that is why I'm only giving you a four I probably should give you worse than that but I'm not going to.
The therapy professionals were great, the facility was clean but some aids may need some behavioral training on respect. Overall it’s a great place to send your love ones.
Our father was well cared for the few weeks he was there. Staff are very kind, attentive and quick to respond to his needs.
I wish there were more comfortable accommodations for residents and visitors. Having a comfortable common area for residents to relax and enjoy activities in would be our main recommendation. Maybe advocate for more staff or volunteers to sit with and engage residents.
