My wife was there for several months for physical rehab after a lengthy illness. Th sad part about this facility is the attitude of the staff. There were a few people who did care about my wife’s care, but the majority did not. I don’t know if it due to upper mgmt having a sour attitude or the staff not being paid decently. Plus, it takes forever for ANYONE to respond to a patient call…IF you can get someone to answer AND IF the call button is even working!My wife has unfortunately been in at least 6 different facilities over the 3+ years and most of them are not good. I have worked for Oak View previously known as Doctor's Lake for over 10 years now. We are not perfect but we have come along way throughout the years to become the 5 star facility that we are. Our staff is compassionate, caring and try to accommodate the residents to the best of their ability. It's been a stressful year for everyone. I just know 2021 is going to be a better year for all!!!

Lets say i had a fmily member there and would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. The nurses were absolutely the best very caring and compassionate. My loves one passed awat 5-1-2019 and the staff was very compassionate every nurse that took of my family member made sure to come in his room and hug me and offered their condolences. Was very pleased with them and would reccomend them. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for caring for our family member
