11/12/2025 I experienced a brain injury. I truly thank God that He placed Dr. Horowitz in the right place at the right time. I needed him, and with the help of God , and the hands of Dr. Horowitz I'm still alive today. I will forever let people know about Dr. Horowitz. My photos are my proof it wasn’t for Gods grace, and Dr. Horowitz I wouldn’t be here today.

Dr. H was a second opinion that I chose and boy am I glad I did. His bedside manners are unmatchable, he actually explained Chiari to me in a way that I could understand. So glad I found him and I will be continuing my care with him. From checkin, to the medical assistant that did my vitals, everyone was so professional and courteous.

Had decompression surgery at HCA orange park for Trigeminal neuralgia 5 weeks ago after suffering with it for 7 months.
The minute I woke up, I knew the pain was gone and I could touch my face and right side of my head again without excruciating pain or becoming disoriented. Recovery was as expected and no additional issues or complications from surgery. Couldn’t be happier at this moment and I don’t know why I didn’t want to get surgery.
After flying for 7 years, the opportunity to one day fly again is possible and I am grateful.
