“I’ve had Mike treat my home whenever I need him. Mind you I don’t live dirty nor with bugs. Somebody ALWAYS brings roaches into my home. ?
Long story short my kids spent a month at their dads & yes, brought roaches home. ??‍♀️? So I contacted Root Solutions & was set up with an appointment the next day. Today.
I’ve never had anyone treat my home other than Mike. Today Brian treated my home. He’s spectacular! Gave me an ETA on when he’d arrive. Asked me what was going on, I told him what happened & he got to work. Treated my home with respect! Knocked on my door to get my attention. I work from home & my office is in my bedroom. He wanted me to walk to my kids room with him, so I knew where treatment was & to keep my kiddos away from it. That is top notch service right there! Let me know to watch my animals for about an hour while the spray drys. I have kitty cats. Then he sprayed outside. All in all, perfect service! Root solutions never disappoints!“
