With a big family like ours and a few last-minute photo requests, we were incredibly grateful for the seamless booking and photography experience at our local JCPenney Portraits studio. From start to finish, everything felt smooth, organized, and welcoming.

We especially want to recognize Chrissy, who was absolutely wonderful. She was kind, professional, and made our entire family feel comfortable right away. She happily incorporated poses we had in mind while also guiding us with her own creative ideas, which made our short session both efficient and productive.

Our photographer today was Aaliyah for Valentine’s Day portraits. It was the kids first time taking professional photos and our photographer was patient, kind and worked really well with the kids. Photos came out great 😊
