Impressive Salon and Spa

The first visit scheduled a braiding by a braider there who wasn't the I asked for. She had an attitude with me because she said she wasn't told about the appointment and I had to wait on her for an hour. My hair looked horrible and was coming apart. Second time I scheduled a silk press with the salon owner who never showed up after saying she was 20 minutes away. I finally left after almost an hour of waiting for her to show up.

For my first visit: I made a last minute appointment and they extended past their close time to fit me in. My 9 year old boy is averse to having his hair cut but he was in desperate need. Ed not only did a fantastic job, but he handled my boy with consideration and made quick work of the cut. We'll definitely be back. The price was reasonable and the whole vibe there is warm and welcoming. Thank you! - J. Kohl
