Highly recommend for their customer service, knowledge & craftsmanship. They installed a new CarPlay system for a birthday gift. What we liked is how they attempt to create as smooth an experience from the first phone call & then achieve that goal. We took our car in on a Friday to discuss options & had a new system installed by end of the next day. Installation looks great. System works well. Birthday girl is happy. Thank you to everyone at Hoffman's for making that happen.

BLUF: Don’t hesitate and go have them do the work!!!!I originally entered their shop a few months back to have the factory radio looked at in a used car that I recently purchased for my son. It was powering on but no sound? They took the time to finally figure that the antenna cable was bad and gave me the best course of action to correct it. They did not charge for their time and I knew that I would come back and work with them!Fast forward to now, I had purchase my new head unit and associated items required for installation in a 2014 Mustang and called and set up an appointment with them for install and additionally purchased from their on hand stock all new speakers...read full review
