First time here after being at another salon for over 15 years. Victoria did a great job on my color and talking me through what I wanted beforehand. She also shared that we would only need this overhaul a couple of times a year. I expected to pay a lot this first time with the amount of work she put in and three colors to give me more dimension (which turned out beautifully!) However, mentioning the cost to maintain won’t be as hard on my pocket in the future was a great touch that should help keep customers coming back. Excellent customer service care with a brilliant crew, including Carissa, Jean, and Hallie. But, the true champion of this Orange Park shop belongs to 'Mark'.Throughout the pandemic, he and his partner Jean did not increase any costs (that is only for my services). The team he coaches while answering phones and completing transactions plus documentation for future appointments is the most important factor for I have kept myself as a returning customer.Mark, you are a true gentlemen business associate.Carissa is truly a darling.Thank you.Connie Smith Hartman.

I had the BEST experience at Fantastic Sam's. I went in and told Lexi I wanted a "mommy hair makeover" and told her to do whatever she wanted to. She did NOT disappoint! My hair was soooo long, and I know it took hours of her time, but for me...the results were so worth it! I love my hair. I feel like a new woman! Thank you so much Lexi!
