Had Mohs surgery today and the experience(as good as a medical procedure can be) was exceptional! From the appointment setter, front desk team, medical staff to Dr. Shvartzman were pleasant and provided a great experience.
In 2 weeks they say nobody will know i had the procedure, but this post will last.

From the time I made the appointment in the doctor’s office in Macclenny Fl until the surgery was finished in Orange Park Fl office, it was professionally done in all aspects. I’m very pleased that I chose Dr Shvartzman for this medical procedure and would recommend his services to anyone who would have a need for this treatment.
On 1-21-25, I checked in at 10:58 for an 11am follow up appointment. At 11:45 I asked Chris (at the front desk) when I might be seen. He said I would be next. At 11:50 someone else was called to be seen ahead of me. I asked Chris what had happened and he indicated that I was “passed over” (his words) and that he was sorry. He said once again that I would be next. I elected not to take that chance and left after securing another appointment for an appointment on 1-23-25 at 7:40am (I was told that was the first available appointment of the day and the waits might not be that long). We’ll see how that goes.
