My experience at Dental Care At Eagle Landing was very positive. Everyone’s very professional and very nice. The dental hygienist took very good care of me after all the x-rays and the and the cleaning I had to wait for the doctor to come and examine me. The only negative that I have is that I waited 45 minutes to see a doctor so an appointment that was supposed to be an hour and a half lasted two hours and a half. But all in all, I had a very positive visit.
I would recommend this place if you don’t like scheduled appointment times. The staff and the doctors are actually great but their scheduling system is horrible and I decided to find a new dentist. You think you have an appointment for a certain date and time, but they’ll move it the week before 3 times and then cancel on you the morning of your new agreed upon time. If this was a one time thing, I’d be more accommodating and understanding. It isn’t. It is every single time. Not happy this visit. They said for me to check in 10 minutes before my appointment. I did and then I had to wait for a total of 35 minutes before I was in the hygienist’s chair. She completed my cleaning in 25 minutes and then let me go. Not a pleasant experience!
