We contacted Crystal pools In October, after hearing great things about them. Andy scheduled us for 4-6 months out, which we'd expected. Our old liner took a turn for the worse and really started leaking to where we were adding over 1,100 gallons a month to keep it full and that's not even counting all the chemicals we were replacing. We called Andy and told him our dilema at having to wait several more months and would need to find someone who could do it sooner. Well, he managed to move around the schedule and get it done within 2 weeks... saving us hundreds of dollars in water bills, sewer charges and chemicals. We are so grateful. Been in business a long time, reputation is good in the community.EDIT: It has been about a year now since the pool liner was replaced and the entire process went perfectly. Very professional crew did a great job.

Crystal Pools did a wonderful job on our pool/hot tub. They were upfront and honest in the time frame and completed on time. It turned out beautiful and would use them again if given the opportunity.
