My husband and I love this office. we have been coming here for over a year. We absolutely will not go anywhere else. I like the family feeling environment; the building is not cold and sterile as some facilities can be. Dr. Bracken is a wonderful, down to earth lady. She always addresses all of my back issues and pain. She does not just "pop you and send you on your way." Jeff is a great massage therapist, who makes his clients feel at ease. His deep tissue massage is unbeatable. Shay, the receptionist, is great, very friendly and knowledgeable. My work schedule can be crazy, and they always fit me in when it's a convenient time for my schedule! I definitely recommend this great office to all of my nurse friends when they complain of back pain.
Bracken Chiropractic and Massage has saved me. I have had neck problems over 2 years. I found a chiropractor in another state and it worked but then I took months off after moving here to Florida. I had a flare up and needed a chiropractor so I got a recommendation from a friend of my sister and I was blown away with everything they had to offer and the price difference coming from California. I had a bad flare up after coming home from thanksgiving vacation and they were the only ones I wanted to see. Between getting adjusted and deep tissue massage they were able to get me to function again. The staff is so sweet and like family.
