Brenda and Louis were absolutely wonderful in designing and creating our new master bath. Start to finish every detail including timeline was as planned.No pressure to upsell.Every worker who came to our house was most respectful and courteous in addition to doing high quality work.Daniel did all the tile work in addition to the cabinets. Top notch craftsman ?Honest, dependable top quality contractor.

I highly recommend BLP Renovations! I used them to redo my kitchen and they did an amazing job! I love my new kitchen, they were super friendly and easy to work with. Took their time with me and answered all my questions. I just signed a contract to have them renovate both my bathrooms!

Luis is a craftsman and Brenda was a big help in planning even went with us to the warehouse to choose tiles and flooring. They are busy because they are so good, but started the work when they said and worked every day until it was finished.We love our new kitchen and master bath!

BLP Renovations LLC. & Kingsley Kitchens is family owned and operated by Luis and Brenda Pernas. Luis has worked in the remodel construction and renovation field for over 30 years, taking pride in providing customers with top-quality service and experience. Brenda is our office manager and organizes the financial aspect of all projects. Their son, Leonardo, is the design expert and sales manager. He will be assisting you in designing your remodel, as well as educating you about the products we have to offer.
