B Cool has been my go to folks from 2010. 4th of July week end with temps rising I had to use someone else. I understood what B Cool was up against. However yesterday I felt the folks who did the repair should return and see if it was warranty. Of course it was not. When I received the guesstamate I had a fit. I called BCool and explained why I used the other company, and they offered to get a Tech out there today. Bottom line they diagnosed from the beginning and handled it under warranty for parts. The part was at the supplier and Trevor drove downtown and returned and completed the work. The total job was over a hundred dollars less. I did not feel violated and I'm with "My People" I normally would not have used another company but my wife has major medical issues, and I strayed. At no time have I ever felt the service or fees were excessive at B Cool. As for Trevor he explained what he was doing, and he would show me good or bad results. B-Cool is phenomenal. Dylan was great, very professional, and provided many options to get our A/C running. On top of that, I called in the morning and they were at my house within a couple hours and even text messaged when they were on their way. Highly recommend and great service and prices.
