Animal Friends Dermatology Service is a veterinary dermatology practice in Orange Park. They specialize in treating pets with skin and ear conditions.
The practice offers a range of services, including preliminary exams, allergy testing, and treatments like immunotherapy. The goal of their board-certified veterinary dermatologists is to find the cause of a pet's skin or ear problems and work with owners to develop a treatment plan.
Clients report significant improvement in their pets' skin and ear health after visiting Animal Friends Dermatology. However, some clients have noted long wait times for appointments. It is recommended to inquire about potential payment plan options as the cost of treatment can be high.
Dr. Bartlett and her technician, Kelly, were absolutely wonderful with my cat, Winnie Noel. They were very thorough, friendly and professional. I came away with a clear understanding of my cat’s condition and the recommended course of treatment. The young lady at the front desk was also a joy. I highly recommend this facility and team.
Super friendly staff, very clean and organized rooms, and they communicated well, offered options, and listened to concerns. They are very easy to communicate with and offer multiple options, as well as helping figure out which treatments to try first. I will be bringing my cat back here for as long as they are around :)
I can’t recommend this clinic enough! I finally feel like we have information about what is going on with our dog’s ear infection. Ely was a super sweet tech and the doctor was very informative and answered all of our questions. Poncci says thank you so much for all of your kindness and for your help with her ears.
