Super friendly staff, very clean and organized rooms, and they communicated well, offered options, and listened to concerns. They are very easy to communicate with and offer multiple options, as well as helping figure out which treatments to try first. I will be bringing my cat back here for as long as they are around :)
I can’t recommend this clinic enough! I finally feel like we have information about what is going on with our dog’s ear infection. Ely was a super sweet tech and the doctor was very informative and answered all of our questions. Poncci says thank you so much for all of your kindness and for your help with her ears.
I am so grateful to Dr. Keppel and the staff for helping out my baby girl! We have been battling allergies for the last 10 years, with things getting totally unmanageable the last year. After exhausting all efforts at our regular vet, we tried a dermatologist and finally have seen significant & positive improvement! I’m so happy she is finally getting the relief she needed so badly!
