Dr. Hugo has made such an improvement during this last trimester of pregnancy! I had never had chiropractic care before, so I was nervous about my first visit. During the consultation, all of my questions and concerns were addressed, and I felt confident moving forward with my first adjustment. Dr. Hugo is very professional and friendly and is so knowledgeable. I have been to about 20 chiropractors in many locations over my many years. I can unequivocally say that Align is the BEST and most unique I have ever visited. Dr. Hugo doesn't do the quick 6 (5 or 7 whatever) like many others but assesses my needs every time I come in for an adjustment. Dr Hugo is a gem. Really. I’ve been seeing him for years. He has helped w so many things it’s hard to list them all but I’ll note some highlights. My 3rd child went transverse at 35 weeks. I tried everything. Acupuncture, homeopathy, ice on top of belly, spinning babies, etc. for weeks I tried it all and then I went to him and explained my situation, he pulled out all the stops, adjusted me multiple different ways and that night, the baby flipped back head down.
