I have been a patient of Michelle Sansone for at least 20 years for my rosacea and skin checks. She has effectively kept my rosacea under control. Love her-she is so sweet and kind and the entire office staff is so nice! ❤️

On time, professional, courteous. Been coming here for 10 years for annual checkup. Dr. Brown is easy to talk with. Facility very clean and well furnished; waiting area is spacious and comfortable; lots of available vehicle parking. Always a good experience.

Overall, I had a very positive experience with the office. The front desk staff and office manager were extremely friendly, professional, and helpful throughout the entire process. The check-in process was smooth, and everyone made me feel welcome.

When it was time for my procedure, everything moved very efficiently. The medical team was knowledgeable and got me back quickly without a long wait, which I appreciated.

My only suggestion for improvement would be to provide a little more detailed information regarding post-procedure care. While the procedure itself went well, additional instructions or tips for recovery and wound care would have been helpful...read full review
