The services were exceptional. Team of nurses were informative, professional and most of all caring. Dr. Megelin is not only friendly and through but hands on which made my first treatment and appointment very comforting. I feel I made the right choice.

The people are very friendly. The place is kept clean. All the staff is willing to help you and make your visit comfortable. The staff is willing to go over everything with you so you understand.

Service is ok. But i have a problem. My hemoglbin is 9.7 . I need the injection procrit. And finance says is not approved by insurance. I call insurance and told me if the made the request expedial in 2 or 3 day will have the approval As financial says one month. I call the office and gave the inf. I hope when i go on the 6 of sept. Will have the approval.

Dr Melgen received his Medical Degree with honors at the University of Pedro Henríquez Urena in Santo Domingo D R Both his internship and residency were served at the internationally recognized University of Miami Jackson Memorial and Miami Veterans Hospital in Miami Florida. He completed fellowships in both hematology and oncology at the University of Miami Jackson Memorial Hospital and Sylvester Cancer Center in Miami Florida. Dr Melgen's research interests include both chemotherapeutic and immunotherapeutic treatments of Lung Cancer, Breast Cancer, Lymphomas and adult Leukemias but is committed to care for patients of all tumor types.
