I had an excellent experience with Miranda at Stanton Optical! I went in first time to see if my insurance was accepted to do a well eye exam. She was very professional and patient with me while I was checking my policy documents and explained to me that we can do an eye exam and if I needed glasses then they can help me submit a claim to my insurance and match my policy, which I declined since I don’t like dealing with insurance much. A few days later I was sitting in the neighboring Starbucks and she happened to see me and walked up to me and asked if I had my eyes checked yet, and offered me a free exam when she learned that I didn’t. Marissa & her team were extremely educated, efficient, professional, kind and friendly. I set up an appointment for my husband that had an outdated eye prescription (past 2 yrs) she walked him through with expert advice and help. The entire process took 1.5-2 hours and he left with a brand new prescription and a sets of two very beautiful and fair priced frames. We knew the frames would take about four business days to arrive and he had a work trip coming up, she kindly offered him a loaner frame with his current lens.
