We had several windows installed by Miller Window. Brian and Matt were a pleasure to work with. They communicated well, the windows were installed perfectly, and they contacted us twice afterwards to ask if we were satisfied. I'm so glad we went with a small company instead of being lured in by one of the big guys. 10/10!
I highly recommend this company as it was a pleasure to work with both Brian & Matt. They were responsive as well as extremely knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. They ensured their measurements were exact and even came out with the installation crew to review installation plans and ensure issue some unique framing issues associated with the bay windows and sliders were resolved to allow proper installation. Just called this company and what I needed is not something that they normally do. BUT, the gentleman on the phone was super helpful and guided me in the right direction to a company that does offer the service I need. Even though I was unable to give them my business they made sure I was at least headed in the right direction. Just based on their customer service I will be calling them back for services I know they offer.
