I want to thank Mike and the Master Air conditioning team for coming to my rescue not once but twice… My business was without A/C for almost two weeks the first company fell through.Master A/C came out pulled the the a/c unit out an installed brand new one in two days. It was a small space to get the handler in and get on the outside unit on the roof of the building… then my house unit went out in the same day and they came out fixed in less then 30mins… and then prices were fair.. thank you again!!
Update: Mike came by today as promised and took care of the leaves inside the a/c, no problem. It is one thing to schedule an appointment and have the person come as scheduled. It is a quick response and fix when something is overlooked that shows the real character of a person/company. Master Air Conditioning and Heating has not ever let me down. Thanks Mike and Tyler. Tyler did a great job. However, typically the person who comes out blows the leaves from inside the unit while they have the cover off. I am very disappointed they didn't do that this time. Called just now about the issue and Cindy said she would contact Mike. the owner, about this. We will see what happens. I just don't understand why they would not blow the leaves out before cleaning the coil.
