Since we built our house we’ve had ongoing AC issues and this year, but nothing to where we needed urgent service. We reached out to HH&A for routine AC maintenance since we had heard from our neighbors how amazing they were. We have experienced the best customer service from their team! Dealing with many companies in the past they really are top notch. The team who came to do our initial service were great. They took their time to explain to me in detail and I never felt pressured like they were trying to oversell things. Today, our AC stopped cooling. I reached out via Facebook and we got a response and within 30 minutes we had someone at our home fixing our issue with such kindness. We are so grateful!
