I only have positive things to say about my experience with Chip and his crew. They were accommodating, patient, kind, and creative. Together we designed a fitting tribute of a headstone, as unique as my parents were. I am lucky I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend Chip's Monument to everyone. I've used Chip for all my family monument needs. I echo the same complaint that many here have...his communication is not so great. He's just very old-school I guess. No answering machine so I'm never able to leave a message. You just have to call and hope you catch him in the office or drive there looking for the blue Dakota in the driveway. Otherwise, he's honest and I think his prices fair. And the finished product is always great. If he had better communication, it would be 5 stars for me.

We needed a headstone for my Mom's grave. Chip was very accommodating, waiting for us after he was closed. He promised to have it installed by a certain date and did. It is very beautiful. We are very happy and pleased with his work.
