I've been doing business with CCC since 2013. It was a fairly new business owned and operated by an experienced installer and service technician who tired of working with someone who was no longer running a reputable operation. His goal was to provide high quality service at reasonable prices and he did that while he owned the company. You can find my 5-star review on Yelp in December of that year. However, he sold this business and it's recently had a large staff turnover.

Tech, Jermon, was on time, extremely polite, & very professional. Work was done in a timely manner. He is a credit to the company. Happy to have him come back for next scheduled visit. 5 stars for 5 star service. Very satisfied with CCC. Have been a customer for many years & recommended them to others.
Where do I begin? Our AC fan outside began making strange noises late in the afternoon and so I turned the system off for a few hours to give it a break. The fan attempted to turn back on but was unable to do so. I had recently purchased a Sears Protection Plan and was told everything was covered. When I called there was a 45 plus minute wait on the phone. I waited on hold while attempted to utilize the computer to schedule an appointment if it would be quicker and more efficient. Well, it wasn’t and the computer told me the AC wasn’t covered!!!
