The store's employees are patient and willing to help customers find the right frames and navigate insurance options. Overall, the store provides a good experience for customers of all ages. The optometrist was young but very accurate and on point. The older gentleman who fit and measured the glasses was also on point and perfect. Customers are happy with the glasses they purchased and appreciate the store's welcoming and helpful staff, such as Dede, who remembered a customer from a previous visit and guided them through the options before they made a purchase.
This is the most pleasant place I have ever done business with. The people are great and make my day go a lot better and so efficient. They are a blessing to everyone that comes in. Will not go anywhere else.

The staff is amazing from the receptionist who greets you all the way through closing the deal on glasses.
Problem what happened to the clear hard cases and glasses cleaning cloth. These use to be standard with each of the glasses you buy. 6 00. Plus dollars for glasses and you give out a blue cheap nasty cloth case made of rough material great for scratch your glasses. No cloth to clean my glasses this is standard. DO BETTER are you America's best or America's dime store glasses
